Twenty-seven Names 'Twelve', photographer Guy Coombes
Natalie and I are very big fans of Twenty-seven Names - both the label and the two friends behind it, Anjali and Rachel. They are two of the loveliest girls you will ever meet, plus they have awesome taste in music too. I feel quite proud to have watched them and their label grow since they launched it several years ago (aw, gush). The pair held an exhibition in Auckland last night, showcasing portraits and a stop-motion short film that showcases 12 girls standing in a group wearing pieces from their new summer 2010 range, incidentally called Twelve. The range is really good - just look at all those amazing white dresses! These are some group shots that they have also done; my favourite is the first one because it looks like a class photo, albeit a very well-dressed and pretty one.
