This weekend was the most unproductive weekend I've ever had! I didn't get even half the amount of work done that I wanted to and I still havn't gotten around to photographing the dresses I'll be selling in my upcoming Etsy store! (I'll announce the official opening here soon!)
I did manage to find some amazing little vintage treasures at Value Village though! 5 beautiful little dresses that don't even need any alterations (a rarity for me!). I'm sure they'll all find their way onto this blog sooner than later. The first of my new collection is this blue number with amazing little white fabric covered buttons and the cutest tulip style layered skirt!
I think I need to get rid of my internet connection in order to do well in school. I've gotten so used to just sitting and reading all my favorite blogs in the evening it's like i don't know how to just sit down and focus on writing this paper !
It's the first paper I have to hand in and its for my hardest class and to be honest i'm absolutely terrified of the results. I figure I have to stop re writing things now and just hand it in and hope for the best. Worst case scenario is I get an F and the teacher writes some comments and I learn a little more about what she wants for my next paper which is worth a whole lot more!
Back to a more fashion related note, I have been spending lots of time deal hunting on Etsy and E-bay lately to cure me of that tri-annual phase I go through when my closet is teeming with clothes but I can't find a single thing to wear!
Here is a beautiful little yellow dress I found that has got me so excited for Spring, as well as two fur collars I got for a fantastic price! The first is a little mink guy I'm going to pair with my black coat and a little crocheted cloche hat I bought recently. The second, really mini picture is going straight onto a cardigan of mine to pair with my brown pencil skirt!
Looks like I was serious in my last post about looking to older ladies for inspiration after all!
Unproductive Sunday
