Info Post
It's funny how when you're really stressed out about something you turn it into this huge obstacle, and then when you actually get started on it, you realize you've made a mountain out of a molehill.
I'm off the ground in the essay writing department, thanks in LARGE part to the super sweet girls who left comments on my last post with advice and words of motivation!
It's so good to hear that I'm not the only person who has trouble sitting down and putting my thoughts on paper. Or even coming up with thoughts at all sometimes!

As a reward for my hard work and eventual success, I added some cozying touches to my room and it's finally starting to look like what I want it to look like. Once I get the two little furry area rugs I want and some more fabric and old lace to drape around my bed area I'll have the secret-gareden-esque safe haven I want to be greeted with when I get home from my long days.

This is the only picture that really gives an idea of the new skirt I got from Forever 21 this week...I wore it out "clubbing" for my sisters birthday party. I have forgotten how people dress at clubs, and when a guy I went to high school with saw me and told me "I looked like some kind of mad artist" I left and walked back to our room at the hotel down the street. Clubbing was ruined long ago for me by people who took it too seriously, and it seems not much has changed. None the less, it was a wonderful night bonding with my sister and her lady friends who are a fantastic bunch of girls and so much fun to be around!
(thats my sister in the adorable white and black dress with the ruffles at the neck)

I'll let this little man say goodnight for me...he was a gift from my friend Colin a couple of years back as a thank you for decorating his place at Christmas. I had kind of forgotten about him with the two moves in the last year and a half, but now he is back where he belongs, sparkling away under my night stand lamp!

Thank you again for your sweet comments with regards to my writers block! Sweet Dreams!
