Info Post
I received my first Zip movie! Volume one of a collection of D.W. Griffith shorts, and it is everything I hoped for and more! I've had it on all morning and now I'm dancing around to playful piano music dreaming of big bows, ruffly dresses and long frizzy hair!
When Suzanne from Weardrobe sent out the email saying this week's contest was winter whites, I tried desperately to think of a way to work my new silent film inspiration into my entry! This is the best I could come up with, my hair isn't quite as long, or as frizzy as the girls in the films. And the fact that there is so much snow outside and nobody around to take my picture, I was forced to stick to my usual bedroom location. I'm getting bored of it, but it's hard to be creative in this weather!

Yesterday I left the house prepared to shell out 120$ for the Jeffrey Campbell ruffly T-strap shoes that Rhiannon has that I love so much, until fate stepped in and had me walk by Aldo on St Catherine street! They had the exact same pair, a generic knock off, but an identical generic knock off for 55$!!! Since I always give in to a good deal, I picked them up instead! I can't believe how much they look the same! i'm so happy!
