Mother of Pearl

Somewhat "dark" images of tropical scenery may seem like a bit of a contradiction - unless you're the Mother of Pearl designer, Maia Norman. Long-time partner of Brit art-star Damien Hirst - perhaps a bit of darkness should be expected? What is not as expected is the beautiful use of prints by Walton Ford and Mat Collishaw. When mixed with sumptuous fabrics and sleek silhouettes - the results are rather lust-worthy. The hard part might be tracking them down?
