After a short night of sleep Christopher and I took a cab towards Amsterdam Central Station to meet Jean-Paul and get on the Thalys towards Paris! So after a few hours we arrived, save and sound, packed and tired, but very much looking forward to the upcoming shows that we're about to start!
A quick run to get myself some new shoes, ending up with a new ring, will blot about that later, getting the invites for Christopher, dunno why the fuck he let them send to another place, but anyways, we we're off to see Sharon Wauchob!
I'd seen her last season and wasn't too mucho in love, the season before I almost died, great! Eitherway, with Nimue opening the show, and us sitting after the crazy few hours of train and running around, the show started and these amazing, stunning looks came walking down the runway. I was seriously in love!
Next was next, a small bite, a tribute to The Facehunter Show and meeting up with Kristina and her very lovely friends, have fun, getting shot for Grazia and oh yeah, Bruno Pieters! Won-der-ful! The show, with Iekeline opening it. I guess theres something with the dutch girls these days, but again, more about that later. Anyway, the show was fucking great, very very nice.
So what else.. A quick run to Vuitton for the expo on Stephen Sprouse and then off to meet Zohaer who now-a-days works at LE66. This huuuge store at the Champs Elysees, where you can find amazing and quite affordable new thingies, from known labels to quite some unknown ones. Anyway. A small drink, nice seeing Zohaer and off to the next thingy.
A.F. Vandevorst is one of them labels I like but don't like. But this time, it surely was such a great one. The shoes, the models, the vibe, the over-all. And always good organised show, with mucho help from the lovely people at Totem, it was a must-see. And I need to get my hands on them shoes! Ha.
Then the Kai Kuhne party and meeting Andre and whatever more. Not even talking about today. But more about that later, time time, run run, I just missed Margiela and now off to the Bday Bash of Francesco, Phil and Tommy Ton. Adieu, xx
