I was so honored to be a guest at The Cools launch at The Fat Radish hosted by Erin Fetherston in New York. It felt like a dinner with old friends, even though most of them I had just met, and the food was beyond anything I've ever tasted before; I think our table held the record for grilled-cheese consumption - I highly recommend checking the restaurant out if you are in the Manhattan area.
