Info Post

Chadds Ford, PA is an otherworldly land of sunlit grassy fields, also home to the Wyeth family and Brandywine River Museum. Have any of you ever been? My boyfriend grew up in this romantic area, where his parents still reside, which means we get to visit every now and then.

Growing up, I remember my backyard, an acre of land in suburban New Jersey seeming like an idealistic utopia filled with 4 leaf clovers, where I frequently dug holes in search of treasures and made "food" from the dirt in the ground to share with my imaginary friends, Gluda and Lulu.

I can't imagine growing up in an actual dreamland like Chadds Ford, where shimmering rivers are aplenty, and the hills seem to roll on endlessly. I suppose that when you are growing up, the imagination is far more limber and no matter where you are, you create your own little never-never land. Do any of you have a favorite place you like to visit, whether in dreams or real life?
