I feel pretty terrible about ditching the ladies night without so much as a phone call. The truth is I fell asleep watching a Mythbusters marathon and only woke up this morning around 10!
I'll have to make it up to you girls somehow! Sorry!
As for the rest of my weekend, it was spent playing heated games of Pictionary and Blurt!, cooking and eating delicious meals and chocolate fondues and watching terrible vampire movies like The Lost Boys (whose only redeeming quality is the slayer named Edgar Frog).
I bought three new dresses and 2 new sets of hair clips and spent the weekend doing exactly what my little heart desired.
Mike and I also visited my friend Ashley's sweet baby, Hunter and Mike's cousin Lydia's 6 week old baby Daniel. Mike managed to change his first diaper and I fed them both their bottles, none of which helped my ridiculously loud maternal clock!
I'm sorry again for disappearing and skipping out on the girls night, I'm terribly sad to have missed it!
Everyone should come to my parents house with me soon for more weekends like this!
