current mood:

i'm in one of those excited moods where you cannot stop your imagination, no matter how hard you try, from spinning images of the thing you're excited for over and over again through you brain.

right now the image has something to do with being in my new kitchen with stef, drinking martinis, listening to Billie Holiday and cooking a meal together while clean linens are rumbling in the drier.

Earlier it was more along the lines of stef and I hanging all our pretty new art work on our beautifully painted walls and placing our furniture in each of our rooms.

and before that i was imagining our quiet little housewarming where all our closest friends come and we take a silly picture of each of them and then print them out and put them in different sized frames to hang on our wall of love!
i wanna make tea in a tea pot with all the prettiest girls! (aka steffy, isabel, kristina, olivia, libby, laura, kat and lola!!) and i want to watch movies curled up in blankets.

what is it about having this new home that has made me want to do so many cute things?!!?!?!?!?!?
